Volunteering

The Guilderland Chamber of Commerce is an active organization whose purpose is to assist our member businesses. However, we have a strong community involvement component. We have a number of opportunities for members to volunteer in Chamber events that are both community and business oriented.

Some of our volunteer opportunities include:

• Chamber Committees such as-
  • Membership Committee
  • Programs and Events Committee
  • Golf Classic Committee
  • Special events organizing committees, such as those for Souped Up on Guilderland, Pigtacular, and Gelder Day
• Community Oriented Events Committees-
  • Senior Job & Volunteer Fair
  • Chamber Angels
  • And many others
• Volunteer at the Chamber
  • Help the Chamber with various in-office projects, answering the phone, and general assistance
