CM Fox Real Estate held an official ribbon cutting of their new commercial office on Friday May 13. NY State Senator George Amedore, Guilderland Town Board member Lee Carman, and Cheryl Lasher, the new President of the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce were there to congratulate the group and help kick off the new endeavor.
Troy Miller, owner and licensed broker of CM Fox, and Julie Tidd, the primary Commercial Realtor staffing the office, cut the ribbon. Troy has been a resident of Guilderland for 42 years. He started Miller Construction in 1994 in remodeling homes and then evolved the business into new construction. Troy started CM Fox in 2004 in Guilderland. Shortly after, he added an office in Altamont. In 2009, Troy built a brand new, state of the art building for CM Fox headquarters on Western Avenue in Guilderland. CM Fox is now one of the leading real estate companies in the Capital Region.
