CilantroMex Grand Opening
CilantroMex-No Freezers or Can Openers Allowed
A new Mexican restaurant opens its doors in Guilderland at Crossgates Mall on Western Ave upstairs by Lord and Taylor; CilantroMex. CilantroMex is a very small chain of restaurants out of Rhode Island, but growing. The philosophy is what makes the place different; there are no can openers or freezers; all of their ingredients are fresh. The company also believes in giving back to the community, especially sports teams, youth groups and inner city education initiates.
The Guilderland Chamber of Commerce and elected officials from The Town of Guilderland welcomed the new restaurant.
