19 -Join us as Panera in Crossgates Commons at 8am as the Women In Business group gets together to discuss businesses and makes connections! This is a FREE event and a great way to get better acquainted with some chamber members if you have not been to an event in a while.

10 - First Friday Business Breakfast - Guilderland Chamber of Commerce First Friday Business Breakfast-“The State of the Economy,” with Steven Bouchey, President of Bouchey Financial Group and Your News Now financial expert. Steve discusses the recession: when it will end, is it getting better and what you should be doing now for your business and self. 11 - The Guilderland YMCA is hosting our 8th Annual Brenda Deer Memorial 5K Run/3K Walk and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, September 11. This is a great family event fun for the whole family. Kids Fun Run

30- -5:30pm-8pm. Ladies' Night Out is an event being coordinated by Guilderland Chamber of Commerce members. The goal is to offer a casual evening out for the women of Guilderland and the surrounding area. Our theme this year is Women's Health and Wellness, kicking off Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 16 - The Angel Names Association will host their annual Memorial Walk from 12-4pm on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the Saratoga Spa State Park at 19 Roosevelt Dr.in Saratoga to remember babies lost to miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant death.
